Corporate Identity

Represents the marine connection of the co-operative. It also suggests a forward-looking, conquering spirit. It is used in the expression 'making waves' to mean making an impact among the sea of people.

Represents the nature of the co-operative as an enterprise owned collectively and managed for joint economic benefit. It also represents unity, teamwork and cohesion.

Part of the logo is made up of three international code flags or signaling flags which are associated with the marine industry. International code flags are used for communication; just as a logo is meant to communicate the identity of an organisation. The three flags overlap each other to depict that they are linked with one another. Yet when seen together, they look like one flag flapping in the wind.

Together with the logo type 'wavelink', the entire logo resembles a ship sailing with its flag fluttering proudly in the wind.
