Wavelink Academy, a subsidiary wholly owned by Wavelink Co-operative (which is founded by both NTUC and SMOU), has enjoyed the leading position in Maritime Training. Leveraging on the strong infrastructure, the Academy will be expanding our training to soft skills as well as other specialised subjects. We are keeping the blue ocean strategy approach in collaborating rather than competing with trainers and training businesses.

What appeal to trainers are: We have a huge network and a ready market looking for training courses. We have professional training facilities. We have good staff support. Now we are opening for people to become our Associate Trainers. Associate trainers are not bound in anyway and are still able to conduct training elsewhere. But before it sounds too good, it’s our duty to make known our key requirement – the trainer should be competent and passionate in training. We have a process to determine that. Now if you are just starting out, you are not left out. The Academy has also made provision to help you grow.

We are currently looking for trainers in the 4 Areas of Training:

1. School and Institutions
2. Corporate
3. Public
4. Marine (Specialised Division)

Professional Training Fees (PER DAY)
Basic $500 - $800
Intermediate $800 - $1200
Advanced $1200 - $3200
