Wavelink Maritime Services (WMS) is established to provide maritime and ancillary services to the maritime and shipping industry.
WMS sources & recruits seafarers for ship owners and ship managers as well as for other maritime sectors in Singapore. The placement covers:
- Cadets
- Nautical Officers
- Marine Engineers
- Superintendents
- Shipping Management positions
and many more.
Recent research statistics have shown that there is an acute worldwide shortage of officers. Now is the time for shipping companies and operators to make concerted efforts to train cadets by providing training berths after their shore-based training. It is proven to be one of the most effective ways to build up a pool of qualified officers for the future needs of the maritime industry.
Many shipping companies and operators are already embarking on a recruiting exercise for cadets through WMS for their shipboard training. WMS is committed to the placement of cadets on board ships.
These cadets are sourced and carefully selected from countries across Asia including China, Vietnam, India, Myanmmar and even Singapore. They are put through the most rigorous of training to become good officer materials.
WMS works closely and collaborates with its associate, WMI, to value-add and enhance the image of a pool of quality officers in Singapore.

Maritime Ancillary Services
Under its wing of maritime ancillary services, WMS has a panel of professional surveyors to undertake work such as:

- Cargo container damage inspection;
- Ships registration;
- Marine consultancy.
